You might get to sing on the big stage someday, but first you’ll need to sing for us!
When you sing with the Colorado Children’s Chorale, you just never know where you’ll end up. Our five choirs feature 400 talented kids. As these young performers grow and learn, they entertain in a variety of venues, from community concerts in their early years to the possibility of national and international tours as they progress through our programs. Auditions are held annually for children entering second through fifth-grades in the fall. Our choirs are made up of children from all social, economic and ethnic backgrounds. Annual tuition covers performance training and music education that members receive, including more than 50 hours of high-caliber music instruction.

Families pay annual tuition for their children to participate in the Colorado Children’s Chorale. Boys and girls receive high‐caliber performance training and artistically-excellent music education; have the opportunity to perform locally, nationally and internationally; and reap enormous personal benefits from the skills they learn, including self‐discipline, focus and teamwork. The Chorale equips children with the skills it takes to be confident, future leaders in whatever they pursue. The Financial Assistance Program ensures that every child accepted for membership is able to participate, regardless of family income. The Chorale provides tuition financial assistance to nearly 25% of families with children in the training and performing choirs totaling over $80,000 annually. A Financial Assistance application is provided to families as part of the enrollment packet.

Auditions are simple and fun. They’re designed to check for voice range and quality. Boys and girls should be prepared to sing the first verse of America (My Country, ‘Tis of Thee,) the first verse of America the Beautiful or Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star/ABC Song.
